Rolegram Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Rolegram processes only the data needed to operate the product:
- account identifiers and authentication data;
- CV and profile information provided by the user;
- job, signal, channel, and notification metadata needed for matching and delivery;
- HR profile and direct vacancy data provided by authorized HR users;
- operational audit and diagnostic events.
2. Why we collect it
We use data to authenticate users, provide job matching and notifications, support HR moderation and direct vacancy workflows, operate the platform safely, and handle account deletion and support requests.
3. Legal basis and consent
Where required, Rolegram relies on user consent for notifications, delivery preferences, Telegram binding, and message delivery. Optional analytics or non-essential tracking require explicit activation and consent. Essential processing may continue when needed to provide the service or maintain account security.
4. Telegram and email
Rolegram may process Telegram identifiers and email addresses for account binding, notifications, password reset, transactional delivery, support, and recovery. Candidate contacts are not published or exposed unless the user explicitly enables the relevant flow.
5. Retention
Some operational records use automatic expiry or deletion workflows. Other entities remain until account deletion or an authorized administrative process removes them. Backups and point-in-time recovery follow the production infrastructure policy.
6. Deletion and access
Users may request account deletion through product controls or support. Related user-owned entities are removed or anonymized according to the product workflow.
7. Security
Rolegram uses role-based access, ownership checks, and managed secret storage. Tokens, passwords, and session strings are not intentionally exposed in logs or public responses.
8. Contact
Privacy, support, and abuse requests can be sent through the contact details on the Rolegram support page.
